Rob is a nonprofit and education leader with experience across program leadership, fundraising, and organizational strategy. His work focuses on helping organizations move from fragmentation to clarity—building systems that strengthen execution and support long-term sustainability.

Meet The Team

Evans Strategic Consulting is led by Rob Evans, with operations and strategic support from Tina Evans.

Rob Evans, Ed.S.

Rob Evans is the co-founder of Evans Strategic Consulting and a coach and consultant to leaders and mission-driven organizations. His background spans educational leadership, board governance, strategic planning, and fundraising.

He serves on the boards of Reach Academy for Young Men (Founding Board Chair) and the National Partnership for Educational Access (Co-Chair of the Advisory Board), and as the volunteer Executive Director of Project Uplift. These roles shape his grounded, practical understanding of how organizations grow, adapt, and make decisions.

Rob’s work centers on leadership coaching, organizational strategy, and strategic storytelling. He blends clear-eyed analysis with deep care for people’s stories, helping leaders bring clarity to complex situations and move forward with plans aligned to their values. He is also a frequent speaker at national conferences on leadership and organizational culture.

Tina B. Evans, Ed.D

Dr. Tina B. Evans is a National Board–Certified Educator with 18 years of classroom experience, including 15 years at Brentwood School. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership for Social Justice from Loyola Marymount University and is known for her commitment to student growth and well-being.

She leads The Learning Lab, a space where elementary and middle school learners build academic confidence, strengthen executive function skills, and develop effective study habits. Through The Learning Lab, families may also access Independent School Admissions Support as an additional service offered through ESC.

Tina’s approach blends research-based practice with the warmth of deep experience. She partners closely with families to design support that fits the learner — not the other way around. She is also a frequent speaker and presenter at national conferences on teaching, learning, and student support.
