Evans Strategic Consulting
Evans Strategic Consulting (ESC) exists to walk with people and organizations through seasons of transition. We blend coaching, organizational strategy, and learning support so change feels less overwhelming and more possible.
What We Do
We support leaders, nonprofits, and families who are carrying a lot at once. Sometimes that looks like executive coaching for someone in a new role. Sometimes it looks like an organization rethinking its strategy and funding. Sometimes it looks like a student who needs new tools for learning and organizing. In every case, our work is about helping you see where you are, name where you’d like to go, and take the next right step.
How We Work
Our approach is simple: we listen first. We make space for the full story—what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re hoping might change. From there, we co-create plans, practices, and supports that fit real people and real constraints. We care about clarity, honesty, and follow-through. We don’t promise quick fixes, but we do stay with you as you try new things and adjust along the way.
